We are flagship brand of Veegram Ukani Platforms Company, offering Our Services to You wherein You can also participate in various Contests hosted on Our Platform.Like sharing photos and videos on social media and competition with your talent, etc. Any person utilising the Platform or any of its features including participation in various Contests being conducted on the Platform shall be bound by the terms of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

We respect the privacy of its User(s) and are committed to protect it in all respects. Most of the Services are offered for free but you need registration to participate in the Contests. Provide, personalize and improve our Products.
We use the information we have to deliver our Products, including to personalize features and content (including your ads, Veegram News Feed and Veegram Contest) and make suggestions for you (such as groups or Competition you may be interested in or topics you may want to follow) on and off our Products. To create personalized Products that are unique and relevant to you, we use your connections, preferences, interests and activities based on the data we collect and learn from you and others (including any data with special protections you choose to provide); how you use and interact with our Products; and the people, places, or things you're connected to and interested in on and off our Products. Product research and development: We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Products, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.
Promote safety, integrity and security.
We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of our Products, and promote safety and security on and off of Ukani Products. For example, we use data we have to investigate suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies, or to detect when someone needs help.
Communicate with you.
We use the information we have to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Products, and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

We use the information we have (including from research partners we collaborate with) to conduct and support research and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health and well-being. People and accounts you share and communicate with
When you share and communicate using our Products, you choose the audience for what you share. For example, when you post on Veegram, you select the audience for the post, such as a group, all of your friends, the public, or a customized list of people. Similarly, when you use Rzu Messenger to communicate with people or businesses, those people and businesses can see the content you send. Your network can also see actions you have taken on our Products, including engagement with ads and sponsored content. We also let other accounts see who has viewed their Veegram Cuntest.
Public information can be seen by anyone, on or off our Products, including if they don't have an account. This includes your Veegram username; any information you share with a public audience; information in your public profile on Veegram; and content you share on a Veegram Contest, public Veegram account or any other public forum, other people using Veegram, and we can provide access to or send public information to anyone on or off our Products, including in other Ukani Company Products, in search results, or through tools and APIs. Public information can also be seen, accessed, reshared or downloaded through third-party services such as search engines, APIs, and offline media such as TV, and by apps, websites and other services that integrate with our Products.
Content others share or reshare about you
You should consider who you choose to share with, because people who can see your activity on our Products can choose to share it with others on and off our Products, including people and businesses outside the audience you shared with. For example, when you share a post or send a message to specific friends or accounts, they can download, screenshot, or reshare that content to others across or off our Products, in person or in virtual reality experiences such as Horizon Worlds. Also, when you comment on someone else's post or react to their content, your comment or reaction is visible to anyone who can see the other person's content.
People can also use our Products to create and share content about you with the audience they choose. For example, people can share a photo of you in a Post, mention or tag you at a location in a post, or share information about you in their posts or messages. If you are uncomfortable with what others have shared about you on our Products, you can learn how to report the content.
Apps, websites, and third-party integrations on or using our Products.
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. But if we tell you, you can link it with other apps like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website which may also be in form of a banner advertisement. We do not sell, share, rent or trade the information we have collected about you, other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy or at the time you provide your information. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question and may contact that third party directly.
We also link the data of any 3rd party and use it on our platforms. Like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc. We can participate in contests using their data. But if later the 3rd party can stop using the data. So at such a time their data can be removed from our platforms.
Devices and operating systems providing native versions of Veegram (i.e. where we have not developed our own first-party apps) will have access to all information you choose to share with them, including information your friends share with you, so they can provide our core functionality to you.
Conditions of Use:

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PLATFORM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER IN AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF AN AMOUNT OF INR 90.
Retention of Data:
Your personal information may be retained and may continue to be used until: (i) the relevant purposes for the use of Your personal information described in this Privacy Policy are no longer applicable; and (ii) We are no longer required by applicable law, regulations, contractual obligations or legitimate business purposes to retain Your personal information and the retention of Your personal information is not required for the establishment, exercise or defense of any legal claim.
New owner.
If the ownership or control of all or part of our Products or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

Partners who use our analytics services.
We provide aggregated statistics and insights that help people and businesses understand how people are engaging with their posts, listings, Veegram Contest, videos and other content on and off the Ukani Products. For example, Veegram profiles and Veegram business profiles receive information about the number of people or accounts who viewed, reacted to, or commented on their posts, as well as aggregate demographic and other information that helps them understand interactions with their account or Veegram.
Advertising:
When We present information to Our online advertisers - to help them understand Our audience and confirm the value of advertising on the Platform - it is usually in the form of aggregated anonymized data (information that cannot be used to trace a user) of User(s) that may include statistics and/or data concerning User traffic, User responsiveness and User behaviour to such advertisements on our Platform. When you register with Us, We contact you from time to time about updating Your content to provide features which we believe may benefit You.
Vendors and service providers.
We provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our Products are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting surveys.
Researchers and academics.
We also provide information and content to research partners and academics to conduct research that advances scholarship and innovation that support our business or mission, and enhances discovery and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health and well-being.
Law enforcement or legal requests.
We share information with law enforcement or in response to legal requests in the circumstances outlined below.

Veegram works closely with Ukani infrastructure, systems and technology to deliver an innovative, relevant, consistent and secure experience across the Ukani Company products you use. We also process information about you across the Ukani Companies for these purposes, as permitted by applicable law and in accordance with their terms and policies. For example, we process information from Veegram about accounts sending spam on its service so we can take appropriate action against those accounts on Veegram post. We also work to understand how people use and interact with Ukani Company Products, such as understanding the number of unique users on Ukani Company Products.
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify, post and erase your data. Learn more in your Veegram Settings.
User(s) are entitled to request Us to delete their accounts and their personal information by clicking on Help and Support.
We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:
- Our receipt of Your written request; or
- Our receipt of any further information We may ask you to provide, to enable Us to comply with Your request, whichever is later.
You also have the option to request either:
the suspension of Your account, after which You will not be able to play paid contests on your User account but will continue to have access to other parts of the Platform; or
temporary deactivation of Your account, where you will no longer be able to log into the Platform but which allows You to request reactivation of your account with all Your account data.
If You proceed with permanent deactivation of your account, you will lose access to the Platform and the Services, including any User data and personal information associated with Your account. User(s) may request for account restoration within six (6) months from the date of notification of account deletion by clicking on Help and Support.
When You request deletion of Your data, We follow a deletion process that ensures that Your data is safely and completely removed from Our servers or retained only in anonymised form. We try to ensure that Our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when You request deletion and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.
When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted, such as your Information about your reels post, contest reels post, photo post, Rzu messenger chat etc. and you won't be able to recover that information later. Information that others have shared about you isn't part of your account and won't be deleted. If you don't want to delete your account but want to temporarily stop using the Products, you can deactivate your account instead. To delete your account at any time, please visit the Veegram Settings.

Several deceptive emails, websites, blogs etc. claiming to be from or associated with Our Platform may or are circulating on the Internet (“Deceptive Communication”). Such Deceptive Communication may include our logo, photos, links, content or other information. Some Deceptive Communication may call the User(s) requesting the User(s) to provide login name, password etc. or inform the User(s) that the User(s) has won a prize/ gift or provide a method to commit an illegal/ unauthorized act or deed or request detailed personal information or a payment of some kind. The sources and contents of these Deceptive Communications and accompanying materials are in no way associated with Us. For Your own protection, We strongly recommend not responding to such Deceptive Communication without verifying the genuineness. You agree that We shall not be liable for any loss, damage and harm that You may suffer by relying and/or acting upon such Deceptive Communications.
Except, as provided for the purpose of verification, as set out under the Terms, We and/or Our employees will not contact You to divulge your SPI.
