Eligibility: Anyone with a verified account on our app can participate in the contest. Participants must follow the specific guidelines for each contest.
How to Enter: To enter a contest, users must upload a post within the contest’s active period. Entries must follow the theme or criteria (if any) specified for that contest.
Voting System: Votes are calculated using the formula: 2 views = 1 vote, 1 like = 1 vote. Total Votes = (Total Views ÷ 2) + Total Likes. ⚠️ Fake or artificially generated views/likes will lead to disqualification.
Contest Duration: Each contest has a specific start and end time. Posts made outside this time window will not be counted. Countdown timers are shown for each contest.
Winner Selection: The participant with the highest number of total votes at the end of the contest wins. In case of a tie, the app reserves the right to determine the winner based on engagement quality.
Winning Criteria May Vary: Some contests may have different winning logic (e.g., only likes count, or weighted scoring). These differences will be clearly mentioned in each contest’s description.
App’s Discretion: The app holds the final authority in determining winners. Any suspicious activity, manipulation, or rule violations may result in disqualification.
Rewards: Rewards, if applicable, will be distributed as mentioned in the contest details. All rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to change at the app’s discretion.
Fair Use & Ethics: All participants must comply with the app’s community guidelines. Use of bots, click farms, or paid promotion for votes is strictly prohibited.
Real Money Participation: Some contests may require an entry fee and/or offer real-money rewards. Users participating in such contests acknowledge that they are playing with real money and must be of legal age as per local laws. Participation in real-money contests implies acceptance of any applicable terms, taxes, and legal responsibilities.
Right to Modify: The app reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend any contest at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by the app regarding contests are final and binding.
Prize Withdrawal Process: Winners can request to withdraw their prize money through the Withdrawal section in the Veegram app. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date bank details during this process.
Manual Approval: All withdrawal requests are manually reviewed by the admin. Once a request is submitted, the prize amount is immediately deducted from the user's app wallet and placed on hold.
Outcome of Requests: If the request is approved, the amount is transferred to the user's provided bank account. If the request is declined, the withheld amount is refunded back to the user’s wallet.
Multiple Entries: Some contests may allow multiple entries per user. Each entry must comply with the contest theme and guidelines. Spamming entries or posting irrelevant content can lead to disqualification.
Content Ownership: By entering a contest, users confirm that the content submitted is original and that they have all necessary rights to the material. Content that infringes on copyright or violates intellectual property laws will be removed.
Disqualification Criteria: Entries may be disqualified without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to fake engagement, plagiarism, use of bots, irrelevant or offensive content, or violation of community guidelines.
Public Display: By participating in a contest, users grant Veegram the right to publicly display, promote, and use their submitted content for marketing or promotional purposes, both within and outside the platform.
Taxation & Compliance: Users are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations applicable on contest winnings as per their jurisdiction. Ukani Platforms will comply with legal requirements when applicable.
Contest Cancellations: Contests may be canceled or rescheduled due to technical issues, low participation, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, entry fees (if any) may be refunded at the app's discretion.
